WebPlaying around in DDO builder, my biggest problem is trying to synergize all the spellpower stacking. Because a blaster lock has to build for 3 different types of spellpower (force, pact and radiance). The best thing i could come up with was draconic t5, mantle and epic strike, some points in primal and rest in shadowdancer.
