Only X and Y are made available via the API. This means you can be closer or further away to a flight point based on a hidden Z coordinate. WebIt works with flying. 12 pieces (+110%) yields 520% flying speed. The mounted speed increase only works in outdoor Shadowlands zones. No instances. It seems to be wonky with druid forms. Alchemists should theoretically be able get an additional 10% with the trinket slot, which should be able to use the reagent (untested).
